Terms of Service & Warranty
Last updated: September 2026. General terms governing sales, warranties, custom craftsmanship, and white-glove installation.
1. Handcrafted Artisanal Nature
Each piece of Cane Africa furniture is handcrafted by master African weavers and joiners. Minor natural variations in teak grain, slight weave tension nuances, and hand-rubbed oil finishes reflect the authenticity of artisanal luxury.
2. 10-Year Structural Frame Warranty
All T6 architectural aluminum frames carry our comprehensive 10-Year rust-proof and structural weld warranty against corrosion and joint failure under standard outdoor conditions.
3. Sunbrella® & Performance Weave Guarantee
Our solution-dyed Sunbrella® and high-density poly-rope weaves feature a 5-year anti-fade and UV-degradation guarantee. Covers may be removed for gentle machine washing per care instructions.
4. Deliveries & White-Glove Installation
Delivery timeframes for bespoke commissions typically range from 2 to 4 weeks across South Africa and SADC countries. Our white-glove team unpacks, positions, and installs furniture on-site, removing all packaging materials for zero waste.
